Fitness

After our initial free consultation over the phone, Zoom, Facetime or Skype I will put together a programme of exercise  for you.
All the exercises I would ask you to use are demonstrated in videos by me on the site. I’m not asking you to do anything I haven’t done myself!

Nutrition

This is crucial. We are what we eat.
 
I will give you access to our series of daily menus.These have been designed by Cath Cotter, a Specialist Consultant Dietician who works in the NHS specialising in weight loss in older people . often with underlying medical conditions.She has deigned a series of calorie counted menus to cater for just about every taste.
 
There are initially 15 menus, at three calorie values ; 1500, 2000 and 2500.
 
These represent the recommended daily  calorie intake for weight loss, the average woman and average man respectively.
 
Each menu in based on three meals a day , drinks and snacks.
 
Each menu  is also macro counted , which means they consist of the correct daily recommended quantities of carbohydrate , protein and fat.
 
In this way each breakfast, lunch  and evening meal are interchangeable between the menus without losing or adding to calorie and macro quantities.
 
These are not “ fad “ diets. Not high protein, low carb, low fat, which have their place, but are often difficult to maintain.
 
This gives you a consistent easy to follow nutrition programme which will sustain your exercise programme.

Support

At the initial consultation we would record your weight , height, waist and hip measurement. These help us design  a plan for you based on your goals be they weight loss, muscle toning of just becoming fitter with more energy.
 
We will speak every week to discuss progress,changes to the programme as needed,and measure what we need to measure  to check you are  making progress towards reaching your goals.
Email support is there 24/7 if you need help or assistance at any time.
 
The early stages especially of change can be difficult and I am there to help you through them.
 

How to Join?

Please fill in you details below and I will email you to  arrange to have a no commitment phone or online chat , to discuss your medical and exercise history, and goals. It would be helpful if you had a set of scales and tape measure to hand.
If you decide to join , I will ask you to pay via Paypal an  initial 3 month membership  of £300, after which payments are £100 per month. On initial payment I will design you exercise programme and give you access to the menus.

What Equipment do i Need?

None! Apart from an exercise mat which costs £10 from Amazon! If you a good pair of training shoes t-shirt and shorts or leggings, that will be fine. The programme is designed precisely for those who would rather exercise at home and not invest in expensive equipment.
If you were to invest in anything. a set of dumbbells either 3,4 or 5 KG would be good. If you are just starting 3kg, if you’ve done a bit before, 5kg.
If you do have weights, barbells  boxes, steps or bands I will provide additional exercises for you…
